EIFFAGE: Voting rights and shares statistics for December 2025

Eiffage SA, listed on compartment A of Euronext Paris, has published its figures concerning shares and voting rights for December 2025. The share capital is composed of 98,000,000 shares. The theoretical total of voting rights reaches 119,592,660. This count includes shares with double voting rights, in accordance with Article 30 of the Articles of Association.

Eiffage imposes an obligation to declare threshold crossings, in addition to that of legal thresholds. According to Article 9 of the statutes, any natural or legal person holding 1% or more of the capital or voting rights must declare it, as well as any passage below this threshold.
