STRASBOURG ELECTRICITY: Update on voting rights

The Électricité de Strasbourg group has published information regarding voting rights in preparation for its ordinary general meeting scheduled for May 14, 2025. As of April 9, 2025, the total voting rights amount to 14,153,785. These rights concern a total of 7,169,386 shares comprising the company's share capital.
