Provision of documents for the EEM General Assembly

The Electricity and Water Company of Madagascar (EEM) announces its combined general meeting to be held on June 22, 2026. Shareholders are invited to the event, scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at the Hôtel Napoléon, Paris. Details of the agenda and proposed resolutions are available in the notice of meeting published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires).

Shareholders have access to the documents required by Article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code, in accordance with applicable regulations. These documents include the company's financial statements and management report. They are available online, allowing for an uninterrupted review period of 21 days prior to the meeting. Voting forms are also available for remote voting.
