Status of Voting Rights at Electricity and Water of Madagascar
As of September 30, 2025, the share capital of Électricité et Eaux de Madagascar stood at 5,738,299 shares. Regarding voting rights, their theoretical number reached 6,232,952. However, only 4,412,952 voting rights were exercisable. This difference results from the decision of the Paris Court of Appeal, dated May 28, 2025, suspending for five years the voting rights linked to the shares of Mr. Valéry Le Helloco and several associated companies. This measure affects the control of the company during general meetings.
