Electrovaya Reports a Record Fiscal Year and Looks Ahead to 2027

Electrovaya Inc., a leader in lithium-ion battery technology, announced its expectations for a record unaudited fiscal 2026 revenue of approximately $71 million. This record comes despite macroeconomic challenges faced in the company's core markets.

The transition to U.S. GAAP is underway, with audited results expected by early December 2026. Next year, major projects are set to launch, including the Jamestown manufacturing facility and the ElvaPulse™ energy storage line.

Factory Acceptance Testing has been completed for the Jamestown module manufacturing equipment. The ElvaPulse™ product line, introduced in September at a data center conference, boasts a competitive power density unmatched in the market.

Electrovaya anticipates diversification in FY2027 with increased revenue from sectors such as defense, robotics, and airport equipment. The firm also notes a growing demand for its high-voltage battery systems.
