Eleving Group Announces Dividend Payment Details

Eleving Group S.A. has declared an interim dividend following the approval of its standalone accounts for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2025. The Management and Supervisory Boards have agreed on a dividend totaling EUR 4,863,128.80, which translates to EUR 0.04152658 per share. The payment is scheduled for on or around November 28, 2025.

The company also clarified that the list of shareholders eligible for the dividend will be finalized on November 21, 2025, the record date according to Nasdaq CSD Latvian Settlement System. Consequently, the ex-date is set for November 20, 2025. Shareholders on the register as of the record date will be entitled to receive the dividend.

Eleving Group, since October 2024, has maintained listings on both the Nasdaq Baltic Official List and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Prime Standard.
