Elior Group Announces €500 Million Senior Notes Offering and Buyback Offer
Elior Group S.A. has announced its intention to offer €500 million in senior notes due 2030. In conjunction with this, the company is extending an offer to purchase any and all of its outstanding senior notes due 2026 for cash. This move is part of Elior's plan to manage its debt profile and extend the maturity of its liabilities.
