Elis Discloses Share Buyback Activities for Mid-July 2025

Elis, based in Saint-Cloud, announced the completion of a series of share buybacks from July 14 to July 18, 2025. These buybacks adhered to the framework set by Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and were conducted under the buyback program authorized by the General Shareholders' Meeting on May 22, 2025.

During this period, Elis acquired a total of 111,716 shares. The transactions took place across the XPAR and DXE platforms, with the average weighted share price being 24.4057 euros. The primary goals of these share purchases were to support the Elis for All 2025 employee shareholding plan and to prepare certain shares for cancellation, as per the 26th resolution passed at the general meeting.
