Elis: Results of the 2026 General Assembly
On May 21, 2026, the Annual General Meeting of Elis shareholders was held in Paris, chaired by Thierry Morin. A quorum of 88% was reached, allowing the adoption of all proposed resolutions. The 2025 annual accounts were approved, as well as the distribution of €0.48 per share, with the ex-dividend date set for May 26 and payment for May 28.
The renewal of Antoine Burel's term on the Supervisory Board for four years was approved. The Board, composed of 12 members, embodies diversity and experience. Shareholders also approved the remuneration policy for 2026 and renewed the share buyback authorization. Finally, new financial authorizations were granted to the Management Board.
