Elis Reveals Share Buyback Activities in Late August 2025
Elis, a prominent service provider based in Saint-Cloud, announced the recent acquisition of its own shares on August 28, 2025. The transactions occurred between August 25 and August 26, under a buyback program authorized earlier in the year. This program received approval during the General Shareholders' Meeting held on May 22, 2025.
During this period, a total of 129,705 shares were repurchased, with an average price of 23.8622 euros. The purchases spanned various trading platforms, including XPAR, DXE, TQE, and AQE.
The share buyback aims to support maturing performance share plans and facilitate employee share allocation under the "Elis for All 2025" program. Additionally, some acquired shares are set for cancellation, as decided in the Combined General Meeting.
