Elis: Transactions in own shares from August 4 to 8, 2025
The Elis Group has issued a press release regarding the purchases of its own shares made between August 4 and 8, 2025. These transactions are part of the buyback program authorized by shareholders at the general meeting of May 22, 2025. During this period, a total of 56,163 shares were acquired, with a weighted average purchase price of €24.5118 per share.
The purpose of these transactions is to cover performance share plans and support the Elis for All 2025 international employee share ownership plan. The remaining shares will be cancelled in accordance with the guidelines approved at the general meeting. This strategy aims to optimize the company's capital structure while rewarding its employees.
