Elis: Transactions on own shares at the end of April 2025
From April 28 to May 2, 2025, Elis purchased 114,431 shares under its share buyback program. This program, approved at the general meeting of May 23, 2024, was announced on March 6, 2025.
The transactions were carried out on Euronext Paris (XPAR), at a weighted average price of €22.5364 per share. These shares are intended to cover the performance share plans and the "Elis for All 2025" employee share ownership plan. The surplus is intended to be cancelled in accordance with the 30th resolution of the combined general meeting.
These transactions mark a step in Elis' capital management strategy, aimed at increasing value for its shareholders while strengthening employee involvement in the company.
