Invesco exceeds the threshold of 5% in the capital of ELIS

On November 13, 2025, Invesco Ltd., an Atlanta-based asset management company, notified ELIS by letter that it had crossed the threshold in its shareholding. Specifically, on November 12, 2025, Invesco acquired enough shares on the market to exceed the 5% threshold, thus reaching 5.10% of the share capital. This acquisition brings Invesco's holding in ELIS to 12,071,061 shares and voting rights, representing 4.47% of the voting rights.

ELIS, a company listed on Euronext Paris, is now partially controlled by Invesco, which holds more than 5% of its share capital. This transaction illustrates the growing interest of fund managers in ELIS, marking a significant change in its shareholding structure.
