Elmos Semiconductor SE Elects New Supervisory Board Members
Elmos Semiconductor SE, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, held its Extraordinary General Meeting virtually on August 18, 2026. Over 82% of the voting rights participated, with shareholders approving all agenda items by a significant majority. The primary focus was to elect new members to the Supervisory Board.
Dr. Hans Diekmann and Dr. Christian Klaiber were elected to replace outgoing members Prof. Dr. Günter Zimmer and Dr. Klaus Weyer, effective January 1, 2027. Additionally, the meeting confirmed new representatives for the next term starting May 2027, ensuring leadership continuity.
