ElringKlinger AG Concludes 2025 Financial Year with Solid Foundations
ElringKlinger AG reported preliminary, unaudited results for the fiscal year 2025, showcasing significant strategic progress. The company achieved revenue of EUR 1,641 million, reflecting a slight organic growth of 2.1%. However, it recorded a decrease from the prior year's EUR 1,803 million due to adverse currency and divestment effects.
The firm's adjusted EBIT margin improved to 5.4%, climbing from 4.9% in 2024. CEO Thomas Jessulat cited substantial investments in innovative technologies, notably in e-mobility, with revenue in this segment rising to EUR 144 million.
Despite challenges, ElringKlinger maintained low net financial liabilities at EUR 288 million. The company has initiated measures under its SHAPE30 strategy, focusing on profitable activities and completing the STREAMLINE program to reduce costs.
