EMEIS: Growth and Reorganization in the First Quarter of 2025
EMEIS delivers a solid performance for the first quarter of 2025, with organic revenue growth of 6.2%. This increase is primarily driven by retirement homes and its international presence, particularly in Northern and Central Europe. The average occupancy rate reaches 87%, up 2 points compared to 2024.
At the same time, EMEIS is continuing its debt reduction program, with €1.03 billion in secured disposals, including a significant portion of real estate transactions. The group anticipates an EBIDTAR increase of 15 to 18% for 2025, confirming a dynamic recovery that began at the end of 2024.
The medium-term market outlook remains positive, given the increasing aging of the population and increased demand for health and support services.
