ENENSYS: 2025 Annual Results and 2026 Outlook
ENENSYS Technologies Group has published its 2025 annual results, posting positive EBITDA in the second half despite a challenging market environment. Annual revenue was €10.6 million, down 29.5% compared to 2024, with a stronger second half at €5.7 million. EBITDA was limited to -€0.4 million thanks to strict cost management.
The group, specializing in digital video distribution, continues to reduce its debt with positive free cash flow and a strong cash position. ENENSYS looks ahead to 2026 with ambition, building on two core business areas: Media & Entertainment and Critical Communications. Significant new contracts and participation in the NAB Show further strengthen its outlook.
