ENENSYS: Transactions in Proprietary Shares from May 25 to 29, 2026
ENENSYS Technologies has reported its share buyback transactions carried out between May 25 and 29, 2026. These transactions are part of its share buyback program. During this period, the total volume of shares repurchased on the ALXP market amounted to 16,721 shares.
Each day, the volume of shares and the average weighted acquisition price varied. On May 26, 4,279 shares were acquired at an average price of €1.225. On May 27, 3,074 shares were repurchased at €1.212. On May 28, the volume increased to 5,464 shares with a price of €1.337. Finally, on May 29, 3,904 shares were acquired at €1.366.
These transactions demonstrate the continuity of ENENSYS' buyback program, aimed at optimizing their capital structure.
