Energisme creates ECO-HUB to optimize its assets
Energisme, a specialist in energy optimization platforms, has created ECO-HUB, a subsidiary dedicated to marketing its ECO and n'gage offerings. This initiative aims to leverage the company's assets and contribute to the consolidation of the energy intelligence sector.
In the first half of 2025, ECO-HUB achieved a positive EBITDA of €297,000 on revenue of €2,453,000, primarily due to recurring subscription contracts. Energisme expects this to strengthen its financial structure and reduce its financing needs, which will benefit its shareholders.
Energisme is also considering strategic operations to accelerate its development. CIC Conseil has been appointed to support this approach. Since 2004, Energisme has been helping businesses and local authorities optimize their energy consumption.
