Trading begins for the consolidated shares of Energisme

Energisme (FR0013399359 – ALNRG) announces the start of trading of its newly consolidated shares. Initiated in July, the transaction involves the exchange of 1,000 old shares for one new share. The shares retain the same ticker symbol, ALNRG, and the new ISIN code is FR001401A702.

In accordance with the regulations of the Commercial Code, any shares that could not be individually allocated within 30 days of September 9, 2026, will be liquidated on the market. The proceeds will be distributed to the holders of partial rights.
