ENGIE's latest press release presents its capital distribution as of May 30, 2025. The energy giant reports a total of 2,435,285,011 shares comprising its capital. Once treasury shares are deducted, this figure adjusts to 2,427,136,880 shares. As for the theoretical number of voting rights, it amounts to 3,210,943,798, but reduces to 3,202,795,667 when treasury shares are subtracted.
