ENGIE: Declaration of Capital as of April 30, 2025
ENGIE has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its capital as of April 30, 2025. This publication meets the requirements of Article L 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
The number of shares forming the company's capital amounts to 2,435,285,011. After deduction of treasury shares, this represents 2,430,202,144 shares. With regard to voting rights, the theoretical number, including treasury shares, is 3,211,428,428. Exercisable voting rights, excluding treasury shares, amount to 3,206,345,561.
ENGIE continues to prioritize financial transparency, regularly disclosing this information in accordance with current legal provisions.
