ENGIE: Key figures for shares and voting rights as of October 31, 2025

ENGIE has published its monthly data concerning the total number of shares and voting rights as of October 31, 2025. In accordance with the relevant articles of the French Commercial Code and the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), ENGIE details the composition of its share capital. The total number of shares amounts to 2,435,285,011, while the net number of treasury shares stands at 2,431,937,675.

The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, reaches 3,206,884,986. However, after deducting treasury shares, the number of exercisable voting rights is 3,203,537,650. It should be noted that, according to Article L. 225-123 of the Commercial Code, shares registered in the name of the same holder for more than two years benefit from double voting rights.
