ENGIE Publishes 2025 Universal Registration Document
ENGIE has announced the availability of its 2025 Universal Registration Document. The document was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on March 12 under the reference number D.26-0085.
This document, presented in the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF), is in line with EU regulation n°2019/815. It includes the annual financial report for 2025, the Board's report on corporate governance, and the Statutory Auditors’ reports, along with details on their fees.
