ENGIE: Report on capital and voting rights as of February 26, 2026

ENGIE has published a statement on the total number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. As of February 26, 2026, the total number of shares comprising the company's share capital is 2,435,285,011. Excluding treasury shares, the number of shares is reduced to 2,429,588,569.

The theoretical number of voting rights, which includes treasury shares, amounts to 3,222,683,975. However, the exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, amount to 3,216,987,533.

In accordance with Article L. 225-123 of the Commercial Code, registered shares held for at least two years benefit from double voting rights, thus influencing the total number of theoretical votes.
