Entech: Update on voting rights and shares as of April 30, 2026

Entech, an energy specialist, recently published an announcement regarding the distribution of its shares and voting rights. As of April 30, 2026, the company's share capital consisted of 14,732,779 shares. These shares entitle the holder to a total of 24,305,352 actual voting rights, after deducting treasury shares.

In accordance with current regulations, the theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounts to 24,321,377. This update is made pursuant to Articles L.233-18 II of the Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.
