Entreparticuliers completes a private placement of 2 million euros

On August 11, 2025, Entreparticuliers.com announced the completion of a €2 million private placement of bonds. This transaction includes the issuance of 20 bonds, each valued at €100,000, providing the company with net financing of €1.94 million after deduction of commissions.

The funds obtained will enable Entreparticuliers to pursue its strategy of strengthening its Ether reserve, as part of a strategic plan launched in May 2025. These bonds, bearing an interest rate of 15%, will mature in July 2030, with the possibility of early repayment as early as 2027.

Although the transaction does not extend the company's cash flow horizon, which is set to December 2028, it contributes to the company's strategic reserve. Any shares resulting from the bond repayment will be listed on Euronext Growth Paris.
