ENTREPRENEURS: Capital Increase of 1.5 Million Euros to Acquire Ether
ENTREPARTICULIERS announces an initial capital increase of €1.5 million as part of its Ethereum treasury strategy. The transaction also includes the allocation of share subscription warrants (BSA) for an additional €3 million. The decision was made by the Board of Directors following the general meeting of shareholders on June 18, 2025.
Each new share will be accompanied by a warrant, with an exercise price of €10 and a maturity date of December 31, 2025. The funds raised will be used to acquire Ether cryptoassets. This transaction results in a dilution of the capital and a change in the voting rights of current shareholders.
A future financing round for the purchase of Ether is also in the works. ENTREPARTICULIERS confirms its commitment to decentralized finance and its strategic shift, which began in April 2025.
