EnviTec Biogas Reports Solid H1 2025 Despite Market Challenges

EnviTec Biogas AG has reported stable business development for the first half of 2025, navigating a difficult market environment. Total output, including projects under construction, reached EUR 164.9 million, while sales revenues declined to EUR 148.4 million from EUR 179.4 million in H1 2024. Despite these challenges, strategic investments and the acquisition of LIQVIS GmbH have set important milestones for future growth.

The Own Plant Operation segment demonstrated robust performance with revenues of EUR 107.1 million, up from EUR 90.1 million last year. In contrast, the Plant Construction segment faced regulatory uncertainties, causing significant revenue decline to EUR 14.8 million from EUR 64.3 million in H1 2024.

Looking forward, EnviTec anticipates an upswing in Plant Construction due to increased demand and capacity utilization. The company plans to be at the lower end of its full-year forecasts for total output and pre-tax earnings.
