EPH Group AG Announces Cash Capital Increase with Subscription Rights

EPH Group AG has initiated a capital increase with an issue volume of up to EUR 10.3 million. Approved by the Supervisory Board, the initiative will raise the share capital from EUR 1,000,000 to as much as EUR 1,142,858. This will involve issuing up to 142,858 new ordinary shares.

Existing shareholders can subscribe to one new share for every seven held. The subscription period is set from April 20 to May 20, 2026. Following this, any unexercised rights will be offered in Austria and Germany from May 21 to June 26, 2026.

The shares are priced at EUR 72.00 each, aiming for a gross proceed of EUR 10,285,776. The funds will cover operating costs and finance ongoing and future projects.

A securities prospectus, pending approval, will be available on the EPH Group's website, complying with regulations.
