EQS Group Appoints Mark Erbele as Chief Customer Officer

Munich, 29 October 2025 – EQS Group, an international cloud software leader, has appointed Mark Erbele as Chief Customer Officer. Erbele will oversee global customer operations, encompassing Professional Services, Technical Support, and Customer Success.

Erbele brings over 20 years of experience from the compliance and technology sectors, previously holding a senior role at BioRender and global customer leadership at Convercent. Notably, in 2024, EQS Group acquired Convercent. His experience includes strategic account management and collaboration at CX and CRO levels across several continents.

Achim Weick, CEO of EQS Group, highlights Erbele’s operational excellence and customer insight as key assets for strengthening customer relationships globally. Erbele aims to enhance EQS Group’s impact on compliance and governance.
