EQS Launches AI-Enhanced Compliance Solution

Munich-based EQS Group GmbH has unveiled "Q by EQS," an AI-driven enhancement to its compliance platform. The new product embeds artificial intelligence into compliance workflows to enable swift action from information while maintaining human oversight and auditability. With AI achieving up to 87% accuracy in compliance tasks, the focus shifts to expertise and governance rather than model choice, according to the EQS AI Benchmark Report Volume 2.

Q integrates existing AI functions within EQS compliance solutions, providing access to data crucial for effective compliance management. Features such as whistleblowing triage and case classification are currently available, with more capabilities, including agentic AI abilities, anticipated later this year. These enhancements aim to support compliance teams in managing complex tasks while adhering to rigorous audit standards. As compliance demands increase, EQS emphasizes the need for accountability in AI-driven decision-making processes.
