Management Changes and Strategic Developments at Ernst Russ AG
At the Annual General Meeting on May 23, 2025, Ernst Russ AG saw significant management changes and shareholder approvals in Hamburg. All agenda points were resolved with strong support for management proposals.
The Supervisory Board re-elected Harald Christ while Jan Döhle replaced Robert Lorenz-Meyer, who stepped down. Dr. Christopher Eilers will join the Executive Board on August 1, 2025, bringing extensive experience in investment management and asset financing.
Current CEO Robert Gärtner will retire at the end of August 2025. Joseph Schuchmann and Dr. Christopher Eilers will assume joint CEO roles. Their combined expertise is expected to contribute to the strategic growth of Ernst Russ AG.
