Espace Real Estate AG announced positive results for the first half of 2026. Rental income increased by 4.5%, reaching CHF 21 million. Profit amounted to CHF 16.6 million, up compared to 2025. The vacancy rate fell significantly to 1.7%, its lowest level ever.

Significant progress has been made on several projects, including "Hofgarten" and the "Puma site." An investment pipeline valued at CHF 170 million is in place to support growth. A capital increase is planned for the second half of the year to further boost momentum.
