Successful capital increase for Espace Real Estate AG

Espace Real Estate AG announced the successful completion of its capital increase, bringing approximately CHF 48.3 million in new equity to the company. A total of 241,413 new shares at CHF 203.00 each were subscribed, reflecting strong shareholder interest.

This capital injection aims to support Espace's sustainable and profitable growth while maintaining a solid financial structure. The lead shareholders, Artemis Real Estate Holding SA and the Dr. Christoph M. Müller family, have exercised all their rights. The oversubscription demonstrates investor confidence.

The funds raised will be allocated primarily to capital reserves, which are tax-exempt for many shareholders, and will allow for the payment of dividends in 2027. Delivery of the shares is scheduled for October 30, 2026.
