North Atlantic France SAS plans to acquire ExxonMobil's stakes in Esso SAF and ExxonMobil Chemical France SAS. The anticipated closing date for this transaction is November 28, 2025, subject to obtaining regulatory approvals and finalizing the necessary financing agreements.
The agreed price for the acquisition of Esso SAF shares is €26.19 per share. For minority shareholders of Esso SAF, in the context of a mandatory public offer, the price would reach €28.93 per share.
