Accentro Real Estate AG has successfully secured the approval of its restructuring plan by four out of five voting groups under the StaRUG proceedings. The court confirmation was granted during the recent meeting, paving the way for the company to commence its restructuring efforts promptly. Known for its strategic initiatives, Accentro had previously outlined the measures in their announcements dated 29 March and 25 July 2025.
