Completion of CPK Group Sale to Ferrara's European Holding

Paris & Chicago, 31 October 2025 - Eurazeo and Ferrara have finalized the sale of CPK Group to Ferrara's European holding company. This transaction, initially announced in July 2025, merges two confectionery leaders. CPK Group, known for brands like Carambar and Poulain, joins Ferrara, a leader in the U.S. and Brazilian markets with brands such as NERDS® and Jelly Belly®.

The deal includes over 850 employees and four production sites in France. CPK will operate independently under Ferrara's management, led by Marc Auclair. Eurazeo underscores its strategy of value creation and has achieved approximately €240 million in proceeds. This marks Eurazeo’s fifth consecutive successful exit to a trade buyer.
