Eurazeo Expands Wealth Products with New Pan-European Evergreen Funds
On November 26, 2025, Eurazeo announced the launch of two new Evergreen funds focused on the European market. The Eurazeo Prime Income Credit (EPIC) and Eurazeo Prime Strategic Opportunities (EPSO) funds aim to spread across various European countries, including France, Germany, and the UK. Each fund starts with over €100 million in capital, contributed by Eurazeo and a top institutional investor.
The strategic move aligns with Eurazeo's 2024-2027 plan to boost its private client business and strengthen its status as a leader in European private asset management. The company is building on the success of its previous fund, EPVE 3, which leads the French-market Evergreen sector.
This initiative comes as the European Evergreen fund market is expected to grow significantly, facilitated by regulatory changes. The Novantigo study anticipates a sixfold increase in assets under management by 2030. Co-CEOs Christophe Bavière and William Kadouch-Chassaing emphasized the importance of expanding Eurazeo's European footprint and supporting local SMEs through private investment.
