Eurobattery Minerals Sets Subscription Price for Warrants TO6

Eurobattery Minerals AB has confirmed the subscription price for their series TO6 warrants, coinciding with a market update. The exercise period for the warrants runs from 12 to 23 May 2025, with a set price of SEK 0.09 per share. This initiative follows a subscription period that granted subscribers new shares and warrants, each warrant allowing the subscription of one new share.

Currently, 121,785,644 warrants exist, and their full exercise could raise SEK 11.0 million and increase the share total to 487,203,565. Eurobattery's CEO, Roberto García Martínez, emphasized ongoing projects in Finland to meet the rising demand for essential minerals, driven by electrification and strategic needs. The company is advancing several initiatives, including environmental and zoning processes, to support their Hautalampi Project as part of Europe's green energy transition.
