EUROPLASMA: Information on voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2025
The French group Europlasma (FR001400PDG8-ALEUP) has announced important information regarding its share capital as of August 31, 2025. The total number of shares outstanding is 2,004,505,424, a figure also reflected in the total voting rights. These rights include theoretical rights, excluding treasury shares without voting rights, as well as exercisable rights, which remain unchanged. This announcement is in compliance with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
