EUROPLASMA: Preparation for the 2026 General Assembly
EUROPLASMA has announced that the preparatory documents for its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of July 30, 2026, are available online. This meeting will be held without videoconference, requiring the physical presence or representation of shareholders. The formalities to be completed include providing proof of share ownership as of July 23, 2026.
Shareholders can participate in person by obtaining an admission card or by voting by mail. An ad hoc proxy has been appointed to represent absent shareholders. The agenda includes, among other things, the approval of the financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year and various financial authorizations.
