EUROPLASMA: Progress in discussions for the sale of defense activities
Europlasma, an industrial specialist in pollution control and decarbonization, is continuing discussions regarding the sale of its defense activities. The French group, established in 1992, is known for its environmentally friendly solutions and its involvement in strategic sectors. Developments in the sale process will be announced in due course.
In parallel, Europlasma has secured €45 million in convertible bond financing, thus ensuring its future development. However, investors should remain cautious, as this transaction could lead to significant dilution of the share capital. The converted shares will be freely traded on Euronext Growth.
