Judicial liquidation of FDB Industries, a subsidiary of Europlasma

The Europlasma Group has announced the liquidation of its subsidiary, FDB Industries, following a decision by the Lorient Commercial Court. Europlasma, a key player in pollution control and decarbonization, had initially filed for receivership due to a major incident in January 2026 that halted production for six months. This situation led to the cessation of FDB Industries' operations. Despite this setback, Europlasma, founded in 1992, remains committed to its decarbonization projects and industrial manufacturing.
