EV Nickel Discovers Gold Anomalies at Gemini North Zone

EV Nickel Inc. has announced the discovery of new gold mineralization at its Shaw Dome Project in Timmins, Ontario. The company reported gold intersections of up to 0.57 grams per tonne (gpt) over 9.0 meters and 2.03 gpt over 1.5 meters in the Gemini North area. In total, 10 out of 27 diamond drill holes revealed anomalous gold concentrations above 0.10 gpt.

The gold is associated with silicification and quartz veining, suggesting a possible extensive mineralized envelope in the CarLang C Area. However, further analysis is necessary to determine the orientation and potential of higher-grade zones.

Despite the promising results, older drilling data lacks comparable gold information due to prior non-systematic analysis. EV Nickel plans to reassess samples from earlier drilling programs to gain a comprehensive understanding of the mineralization extent.
