Evergreen Transition: Postponement of Publication of Annual Accounts and Maintenance of Suspension of Trading

The Transition Evergreen fund, listed on Euronext Paris, has announced the postponement of the publication of its 2024 annual results to June 13, 2025. The company is currently undergoing conciliation proceedings for an initial period of four months, continuing discussions with its creditors and considering asset sales in the biogas, solar, and wood sectors.

Aqua Asset Management, Transition Evergreen's management company, is in receivership, with acquisition negotiations underway. If no agreement is reached by May 30, 2025, a change of manager may be necessary.

Transition Evergreen's trading remains suspended, and a resumption date will be determined once the financial situation is clarified. The annual general meeting could be postponed to September 2025, subject to approval by the Paris Commercial Court.
