EVN Finalizes Sale of International Project Business to STRABAG

EVN and STRABAG have concluded the transaction agreements for the sale of key segments of EVN's international project business. The deal, established on previously agreed terms from December 2024, involves a share purchase agreement. STRABAG will acquire WTE Wassertechnik GmbH, a subsidiary managing this project segment, for EUR 100 million.

STRABAG will also assume responsibility for shareholder loans. The transaction is pending necessary approvals and consents, with completion anticipated within six months. This strategic move aligns with EVN's Strategy 2030, emphasizing the focus on core business areas.
