Utility Global has named Robert Lane as Chief Financial Officer, signaling the company's strategic shift into commercialization. Lane, a veteran with over 30 years of experience, has led significant financial operations across energy and industrial sectors. His previous roles include CFO at Quva Pharma and Sunnova Energy International, where he facilitated IPOs and led significant financing efforts.

Utility Global, focusing on industrial decarbonization, leverages its proprietary H2Gen® technology. This innovation produces low-carbon hydrogen using industrial off-gases or biogas. Lane's appointment is anticipated to drive forward project expansions in North America, Asia, and Europe.
