Expandi Limited Acquires Kompass to Form European B2B Powerhouse

Expandi Limited has announced its acquisition of Kompass, establishing the largest independent European provider of B2B data and services. This strategic move allows the combined entity to deliver comprehensive solutions to businesses worldwide. The merger enhances Expandi's capabilities with Kompass's extensive company database and AI-driven tools. This integration positions the company to support importers and exporters amid rising global trade barriers.

Raffaele Apostoliti, CEO of Expandi, will also lead Kompass, ensuring strategic direction during the integration phase. Kompass's CEO, Patrick Coupier, will remain as a strategic advisor. This merger follows a nine-month alliance where the companies launched joint initiatives, including a unified data stack and AI-based solutions. The combined group plans to offer a seamless experience from data discovery to campaign execution, particularly benefiting European clients with a focus on data sovereignty and compliance.
