CDC's threshold crossing in FORVIA

The Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) has crossed below the 5% threshold of voting rights in FORVIA. This latest change was declared following a decrease on May 29, 2026. Through Bpifrance Participations, CDC Croissance, CNP Vita Assicura SPA, and CNP Luxembourg, the CDC now holds 3.82% of FORVIA's share capital and 4.97% of its voting rights. This change follows the conversion of FORVIA shares into bearer shares, resulting in a doubling of voting rights. Currently, the group holds 7,536,905 shares, representing 11,502,925 voting rights.
